The application process is designed to make sure that Acton Academy West is the right school to serve your family and child.
We are currently accepting applications for ages 3 through 11 (Montessori and Elementary). Please complete the following steps to begin the application process, which helps us all determine if our learning environment is a good fit for your family. We have limited openings for the 2020 - 2021 school year, so we encourage families to apply soon!
Annual tuition and fees are outlined below. Need-based scholarships are available for qualified families.

Shortly after our call, we'll send you an email with a formal entry form including the steps for your family to secure their spot in Acton Academy West.
Collaborative interview
After receiving your formal entry, your family may be invited for a collaborative interview. This is an invitation for us to meet your family or a video call depending on circumstances. It's an opportunity to be sure we can serve your family well.
Admissions Decision
We will convey the decision on admissions within a week after the collaborative interview. Admissions to Acton Academy West will be confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee and signed enrollment documents.
Tuition
Acton Academy West is a "year-round" private school. The school year is broken up into "sessions" that are typically 5-7 weeks with a 1-2 week break in between. Also, there is a 6-7 week break in the summer.
Elementary "Discovery" Studio Tuition
5-days per week (full-day) - $9,480 annually ($790.00 deposit)
NOTE: Tuition can be paid upfront in one payment or in eleven monthly installments.
* Tuition is paid monthly from September through July with an initial deposit to secure student's enrollment.
* A one-time $500 technology fee per student is due for Elementary Students
Montessori "Spark" Studio Tuition
3-days per week (half-day) - $300/month ($300.00 deposit)
4-days per week (half-day) - $345/Month ($345.00 deposit)
5-days per week (half-day) - $395/Month ($395.00 deposit)
5-days per week (full-day) - $790/month ($790.00 deposit)

Scholarships and sibling discount
Partial need-based scholarships are available for the 2020-21 school year. These scholarships are awarded to young people most committed to contributing to the Acton Academy West community. If you are interested in a scholarship, please let us know.
